Colours for Peace Day

Our school will be supporting the Colours for Peace awareness day by holding a non-uniform day on Tuesday 20th March.

The day marks the 25th anniversary of the bombing of Bridge Street.  Schools and businesses in the area are taking part in events to remember the lives of the two boys that were tragically cut short on that day and raise awareness of the charity work carried out by The Tim Parry and Jonathon Ball Foundation for Peace, set up in their honour.

If children would like to participate, they can come to school wearing non-uniform in blue, green and white (the colours of the  foundation) in return for a £1.00 donation to the charity.
